I can't find my device, or the person or pet wearing the device. What do I do?

In the MiniFinder Live app, try using the Live tracking button in order to find your device.
The Live button makes the device search for positions as often as possible (generally every 10 seconds) for 10 minutes. It makes the location update more often, making it easier to locate the device.

Keep in mind that our support agents can only see the same location information that is shown in your app. If the device is offline, they cannot send commands to it or retrieve a new location. Once the device comes back online, its location will update automatically in the app
