I can't find my device, or the person or pet wearing the device. What do I do?
In the MiniFinder Live app, try using the Live tracking button in order to find your device.
The Live button makes the device search for positions as often as possible (generally every 10 seconds) for 10 minutes. It makes the location update more often, making it easier to locate the device.
If the device supports the Call feature, you can try calling the device, then play something through the device calling it. Then, follow the noise it makes in order to find the device.
Keep in mind that our support agents can only see the same location information that is shown in your app. If the device is offline, they can in most cases not send commands to it or retrieve a new location. Once the device comes back online, its location will update automatically in the app.
