Why am I getting an error message saying my product is not allowed in the tracking system?

If you receive an error saying that your device is not allowed in the current tracking system during registration, it usually means you are trying to register the device in the wrong app or on the wrong website. Each device model is linked to a specific tracking system.

Devices compatible with MiniFinder Live:

Devices compatible with MiniFinder Hunter:
Rex
Vexo
Zenso

Devices compatible with MiniFinder Go and/or Triplog:
Zepto
Xero

Make sure you are using the correct app or website for your specific device model. You can use the following links to access the correct platform.

For MiniFinder Live, go to live.minifinder.com or download the mobile app.
For MiniFinder Hunter, visit hunterweb.minifinder.com or download the mobile app.
If you use MiniFinder Go, register your device at my.minifinder.com and view real time location at go.minifinder.com, along with your triplog at triplog.minifinder.com.

In some cases, a device that is compatible with MiniFinder Live may still show as not supported. This can happen if the device was manufactured before MiniFinder Live was released. If this applies to you, contact us to update the device firmware. After the update, the device can be registered in MiniFinder Live, which offers lower subscription costs and more reliable location tracking.
